Project Management

I have over 15 years of experience working as a project manager in the digital media space on the agency, corporate, and client side. The image on the right includes just a few clients and agencies I have worked with. View samples of my PM documentation.  I am skilled at creating statements of work, project charters, scope documents, drafting schedules, risk management, working with modular creative teams and exceeding client expectations. Working with the creative team at RTT USA, I lead production to complete this video for the Detroit Auto Show. The project uses a concept vehicle scan made from clay, existing scene and motion graphics to make the budget and timeline.

Working with RTT USA, Hyundai and also live event producers, we created the assets that went into this stunning live presentation and reveal by the President of Hyundai. Video went on to tour various auto shows in 2011.

Oversaw production using Eye Wonder platform of over 100 video clips that were composited to create this effect using flash action script and content matrix to generate a seeming organic response letting the user share what he would do if he were "Set For Life" and how the guy responds.
